- Is the deck playing? Press play.
- Is its volume fader up, and is the crossfader towards that deck?
- Is the master level up, and is the Mac's or iPad's volume up?
- Is the right output device chosen in system settings? Headphone cue goes to a separate device.
- Is the equaliser killing a band, or the filter fully closed?
