Before you install

Intel Macs are not supported. You’ll need a Mac with an Apple silicon processor and macOS 26 or later.

Install on your Mac

  1. When the public download is available, open the downloaded installer.
  2. Drag A-B TEKNIQ to your Applications folder.
  3. Open A-B TEKNIQ from Applications. Follow the installer’s release-specific instructions if macOS shows a security prompt.

On first launch, you’ll see the splash screen, then a pop-up offering the Beginner’s guide.

Your music stays yours

The app only reads your music. It never changes or deletes those files. Its library and settings live in your user Application Support area; exported mixes go where you choose to save them.
