Playlists and Smart Playlists

1. New playlist: ⌘N. Drag or add tracks to it.
2. New smart playlist: ⌥⌘N. Pick a rule, such as tracks awaiting analysis or a tempo (BPM) range.
3. A smart playlist updates by itself as tracks change.

Expected tempo: with a playlist open, the Tempo menu in the header lets you say what tempo its tracks should have (House, Techno 130 to 140, Hard techno, Drum and bass, or your own range). Re-analyse N outside the range reads the tracks outside it again with the search limited to that range, which fixes tempos read at half, double or four thirds of the real one. A grid you confirmed is never changed.
